2. Talent Accounts Free Access

2.2 Talents must provide accurate profile information. Providing false information including misrepresenting skills, experience, or identity is grounds for immediate account removal.
2.3 Talents grant DevJets a non-exclusive licence to process their CV and profile data through AI tools to generate scores, embeddings, and skill extractions for the purpose of talent pool matching.
2.4 Talents control their talent pool visibility and may remove themselves from the pool at any time.
2.5 Talents are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any CV or portfolio content they upload. DevJets takes no responsibility for inaccurate or misleading content submitted by talents.

3.2 Subscriptions are billed monthly. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period.
3.3 A success fee of €500-1,500 applies when a company makes a hire through DevJets. The success fee is invoiced upon confirmation of the hire by the company.
3.4 Companies agree not to circumvent the platform by contacting talents discovered through DevJets outside the platform, for a period of 12 months after the initial introduction.
3.5 If a company breaches clause 3.4, DevJets reserves the right to invoice a fee equivalent to 12 months of the applicable subscription plan.
3.6 Companies may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
3.7 Companies agree to use the platform and talent data solely for legitimate hiring purposes. Scraping, reselling, or bulk exporting talent data is prohibited.
4. AI Tools and DTS Score
4.1 All AI tool results, DTS scores, and match scores are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute professional career, legal, or employment advice.
4.2 DevJets does not guarantee that any DTS score or match score will result in an interview, job offer, or successful hire.
4.3 AI tool results may not be perfectly accurate for all profiles, roles, or markets. Users are encouraged to treat results as guidance rather than definitive assessment.
4.4 DevJets uses Anthropic (Claude API) and OpenAI (Embeddings API) as AI sub-processors. CV and profile data is processed through these APIs subject to their respective data processing agreements. Neither provider trains on API data submitted by DevJets.
4.5 Talents may submit feedback on AI tool results. Feedback is used to improve AI quality. DevJets reserves the right to disregard feedback that is fraudulent, irrelevant, or generated by automated means.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 DevJets is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). DevJets OÜ is an Estonian EU company subject to EU data protection law.
6.2 CV data uploaded for AI analysis is processed in memory and is not retained unless the talent explicitly consents to talent pool participation.
6.3 Companies never receive raw CVs. They receive only AI-generated scores, skill extractions, and match percentages. Talent identity is revealed only after mutual confirmation of interest.
6.4 Users may request data access, correction, deletion, or portability at any time by emailing [email protected].
6.5 Full details of data handling are available in the DevJets Privacy Policy at devjets.io/privacy.

7.1 All platform content, AI systems, matching algorithms, DTS scoring methodology, and branding are the intellectual property of DevJets OÜ.
7.2 Talents retain ownership of their CV content and portfolio materials. By uploading to DevJets, talents grant a limited licence for DevJets to process this content for the purpose of generating AI scores and talent pool embeddings.
7.3 Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of the DevJets platform or its outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 DevJets provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI results, or specific hiring outcomes.

8.3 DevJets total liability to any user or company for any claim is limited to the fees paid to DevJets in the 12 months prior to the claim. For talent users (who pay nothing), DevJets liability is limited to €100.
