How AI Decides Who Fits Your Role
DevJets does not keyword match. It understands what you need and finds who actually qualifies.
When you submit a job description, the AI embeds it as a semantic vector a mathematical representation of what the role actually requires. It then compares that vector against every talent profile in the pool using cosine similarity.
This means “senior PHP engineer with microservices experience” finds candidates with Symfony, Laravel, and API design work even if they never used the word “microservices” in their profile. Context is understood, not just text matched.
